I require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with NO CHARGE. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total price of the booked appointment. No call/ No shows are charged 50% price of appointment and will be banned from future booking. Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need.
